OUR MISSION
Since the past two decades, a large number of educational systems have been disconnected from the real challenges thathumanity is facing:
- the ecological challenge and the issue of the future of humanity on earth,
- the digital challenge and the issue of the role of the human beings in economies and societies,
- as well as the geo-cultural challenge and the fundamental question of the meaning of life and human self-knowledge.
EdHu2050 aims to create a new education paradigm for humanity in the 21st century. We gather researchers, professors, intellectuals, and people from all around the world who join our vision.
We undertake several communication actions in different countries to promote this new education paradigm and to help humanity to face the three global transitions.
We invite every human being who wants to contribute to a meaningful future for all generations, to join us.

OUR VISION
Inspired by the most recent interdisciplinary research on human sciences, our vision for tomorrow’s education is the following one:
The aim of education is to enable human beings to understand the world around them, but also the worlds within them, in the purpose of a sustainable and meaningful life for them and for the world.
This includes becoming financially independent and fulfilled human beings, but also active compassionate citizens with every form of life on earth.
Following this vision, we have developed the MOON methodology. It embodies four fundamental pillars of sustainable knowledge, that are necessary to address the three transitions.

OUR ACTIONS FOR GREATER IMPACT
We believe that education is the key to sustainable development on earth. Consequently, we launch actions that are aligned with the 17 United Nations objectives (2015).
We aim at to address the reskilling emergency: the urgent need to reskill and upskill 1 billion human beings by 2030, which has been outlined by the OECD during the World Economic Forum (Davos, 2020).

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
With the help of researchers and PhD students, we gather a review of literature of scientific research and academic knowledge from several disciplines dealing with the human being and the three major transitions.

LEARNING APPROACH
We aim at co-creating and enriching the MOON methodology that will develop the appropriate knowledge to accompany human beings from all generations in these three major transitions.

AWARENESS & EDUCATION
We gather our efforts to raise awareness about the three global challenges that humanity is facing.
Our purpose is to promote the MOON pedagogical approach at an international scale, through conferences, training and learning programs, and expert advisory services for governments and large institutions.
THE FOUNDATION
EdHu2050 was created in 2022 in Montreal, Canada, by Delphine Le Serre, PhD.
Today, the foundation is composed of a team of 10 people based between Montréal, Paris and London.
We raise awareness through conferences and expert consultations.
The foundation is an officially recognized non-profit organization in Canada. It is authorized to receive donations and provide tax receipts.
